Protocol
Four steps, every week, in the open. Every number on this page comes from the chain or from the sources named under it.
-
Step 1
The week is read
Every Monday at 12:00 UTC the keeper collects the last seven days from openFDA drug approvals, FDA press releases, clinical trial results posted on ClinicalTrials.gov, and two biotech news feeds.
-
Step 2
One breakthrough is chosen
An agent picks one event and the company behind it and writes why, with links. Its answer is checked against what it was given. If it fails twice, the rule without the agent takes the admitted paper whose company holds the most recent FDA approval. If there is no such event either, last week's paper stays.
-
Step 3
The paper is bought and split
Every day at 18:00 UTC the keeper buys the week's paper through Jupiter in slices no worse than 2% price impact. Half of what it bought is split equally between every wallet that qualifies, half by balance. A share under $0.50 waits for the next round.
-
Step 4
A tenth is burned
A tenth of every forwarded fee buys $BIOA back and burns it, with a memo on chain. Another tenth pays for the server, the RPC and the agent. Anything unclaimed for 30 days goes into the same buyback.
Who gets the equal half
What can go wrong
The issuer. A tokenised share is issued by a company, not by a protocol. It can stop transfers or freeze accounts. Such a paper drops out of the registry on the next pass and is never chosen.
Thin liquidity. A paper enters the registry only when Jupiter routes $500 into it at no more than 1% price impact. Purchases are cut into slices. The measured impact of every paper is printed on the registry sheet, passed or not.
The agent. It can be wrong or silent. Its answer always carries its links, and the rule without the agent is written down and runs on the same list.
Split wallets. The equal half asks for $20 held three days in a wallet older than thirty, and wallets funded from one source count as one.
